Fuel your performance without underfueling or overthinking food

You’re training hard—but something still feels off.

Low energy. Slower recovery. Not seeing the progress you expected.

For many athletes, the issue isn’t effort—it’s underfueling.

A different approach to sports nutrition.

As a former collegiate athlete, I understand the pressure to be the “perfect” athlete—balancing training, performance, and expectations from coaches, teammates, and yourself.

For a long time, I focused on trying to shrink my body instead of giving it the energy it needed to perform.

Now, my goal is to help athletes shift that focus—toward fueling their bodies to support performance, recovery, and long-term health.

Why performance can feel stuck

Even when you’re doing everything “right,” your body may not be getting enough fuel to support your training.

When energy intake doesn’t match training demands, athletes often experience low energy, poor recovery, performance plateaus, and increased risk of injury. This is commonly related to underfueling or low energy availability.

This is where the right fueling strategy makes all the difference.

I work with athletes to:

  • Identify and address underfueling and REDs

  • Improve energy and recovery

  • Build effective carbohydrate fueling strategies

  • Optimize pre-, during-, and post-workout nutrition

  • Navigate disordered eating, body image, and relationship with food

  • Feel more confident in how they fuel their body
